The company POPOLO SAS whose head office is located 86 rue du cherche midi 75006 PARIS, is a SAS with a capital of 1 000 € registered in the Trade and Companies Register of PARIS under the number 845 055 953 000 28, code NAF 4759B.


POPOLO SAS sells on its online store (or e-shop) "" some decorative objects and food.

The client buyer can only be an individual consumer of the product.

The client buyer places an order of product(s) that will be delivered at home or in a FedEx/UPS/Chronopost relay point closest to the delivery address provided.

Scope of application

POPOLO SAS may modify its General Terms and Conditions at any time.

When the customer has checked the box "I accept and acknowledge having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale", he/she accepts without reservation all the general terms and conditions of sale applicable on the day the order is entered.


The products displayed on the POPOLO SAS sales site are presented in the form of photos accompanied by a description including, among other things, the colors, sizes, availability and unit selling price in which VAT is included at the rate in effect on the day the order is placed.

The sales prices including VAT are expressed in Euros.

The decoration products presented are from artisanal production which may vary because the pieces are handmade. POPOLO SAS cannot be held responsible for slight irregularities and differences in color found on the articles delivered. When the order is completed, the customer must verify under his responsibility that the order conforms to his choice.

The validation of the order generates the sending of a message confirming the receipt of the order.

An order validated by the client buyer cannot be modified on the POPOLO SAS sales site.

POPOLO SAS reserves the right to cancel an order that appears abnormal, containing irregularities or originating from a customer with whom a previous dispute has existed.

For the customizable products, Popolo reserves the right to cancel an order and to refund the customer if the request of personalization is not realizable by the workshops.

The prices indicated on are in Euros and include the VAT at the applicable rate, except for the countries out of the European Union (Exemption of VAT art.262 ter, I of the CGI).

The customers placing order from a country outside the European Union are charged only for the bought articles and the shipping costs. The customs charges or taxes are directly charged to you by the conveyor. Before placing your order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out the cost of customs clearance.


The payment of the order must be made via the payment system STRIPE (including Apple Pay) or PAYPAL, the only financial organizations authorized to receive the confidential data of the customer buyer.

The client buyer is legally capable of contracting the order and using the bank card he/she holds.

The debit corresponding to the amount of the order is immediate.

The bank details of the client buyer are not known to POPOLO SAS, and must be entered for each new order.


Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the sales site.

From the reception of the order for the products indicated as in stock by POPOLO SAS, the indicative delivery time is 7 working days.

From the reception of the order, for the products indicated as pre-order (made to order), the production and shipping time indicated by POPOLO SAS is indicative and will be confirmed to the customer after the order.

If for a reason specific to the company a partial article of the order could not be shipped while the payment was made by the customer purchaser, POPOLO SAS commits itself to warn the customer purchaser and to proceed to the complete refunding of the considered article.

If, for a reason specific to the company, the entire order could not be dispatched even though payment has been made by the client purchaser, POPOLO SAS undertakes to inform the client purchaser and to proceed with a full refund of the order.

In the case of an order comprising several items, some of which may require a delay in delivery, POPOLO SAS undertakes to make partial deliveries without any additional shipping charges.

Upon receipt of the order, the client must verify the conformity of the items delivered as indicated on the invoice which can be found in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" space.

POPOLO SAS ships only to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, Japan and South Korea.

Free shipping in France from 80€ of purchase and in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal from 100€ of purchase.

Article L211-5 of the code of consumption

To be in conformity with the contract, the good must :

* be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where appropriate :

Returns and exchanges of items

The customer buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return the item(s), without having to justify the reason and without application of penalties to him. The customer must send his return request by email to POPOLO SAS at

POPOLO SAS will send by email to the customer's request the shipping order for the return.

The returned item(s) must be in its (their) original condition, unwashed, undamaged or undirty and sent to POPOLO SAS in the complete original packaging.

After quality control, the item(s) will be reimbursed by POPOLO SAS within 15 days, without any charge.

If the customer wishes to exchange for a different item, he/she must necessarily place a new order on the sales site.

Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Processing of personal data

Any order placed with POPOLO SAS requires the creation of a customer account.

Access to your customer account is subject to your identification using the e-mail address you provided when creating your account, as well as the personal and confidential secret password you have chosen.

In case of non indication of your personal data, your order could not be treated.

The computerized processing of personal data collected is for the purpose of managing orders.

These data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Union.

POPOLO SAS shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract concluded due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.

In the event of a dispute, only the French Commercial Court located in Paris shall have jurisdiction.

The general terms and conditions of sale are only subject to French law.

POPOLO SAS shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract materialized by the order received from the client-buyer in case of stock shortage, postponement of the delivery time, strike of the delivery services in charge of the transport or external conflicts having prevented the distribution of the package.
